Dear all, i have a simple devlink CTI app that has been working fine for months (and the code still works fine on other systems, the stripped down test version shows same error so 100% its not my code).
Since last week, it no longer works with devlink reporting the IP Office is "dropping packets" on the Imports.DLOpen(_handle, _ipAddress, _password, null, null, SystemEventHandler) system event handler function (state is being returned as 3 which is defined as DEVLINK_COMMS_MISSEDPACKETS , saying there is 4,294,967,295 dropped packets! Which is also -1. The value is the same each time).
The ping to the unit itself is solid, calls and general operation otherwise is not affected.
Have soft rebooted, hard power rebooted, upgraded firmware (9.1.4 to 9.1.7 as thats the manager installed to hand), still the same issue. Memory card is ok @ 25% use.
To be honest, i am at a loss, before i open an Avaya case, has anyone seen this before with the devlink windows CTI library?
Are there any sysmonitor traces that i can run that may indicate or help find the error?
Thanks in advance.
