Hi,
We've just installed CentreVu CTI software V11.1 (on Win2K) for a Definity R11.
The Tlink initially works but goes down after 5, 10 or 15 mins (varies). Can't find any hardware faults & can still ping switch and PC when link is down.
Only restarting the MAPD or the PC fixes the problem (simply restarting the CTI services doesn't).
The error log shows the following:

Any help would be appreciated.
We also need to be able to monitor trunk (or trunk group activity), but can't find any way of expressing the device ID in Telephony Services Admin.
Is it possible to monitor trunks-only? If so, how do we specify device IDs.
