Is there a limit on how many CTA's can be installed on a system? I have a MICS 6.1 XC. It is for a piece of 3rd party software for billing. We already have 1 CTA 100 and 1 SMDR6 hooked up for 3rd party call accounting and call recording. Thanks in advance.
Thanks for your response. I am going to install another CTA 100 for new billing software. The goal is to get a screen pop with CID & other info from our customers we have in our database. We want to operate the CTA in "network mode" so we only have one that is hooked up to a server. Now the question is when I buy licensing for this does it take one license per call (duration of the call) or just for the length of time it takes to generate the screen pop per call?
