A customer with an MICS 7.0 asked about a computer telephone interface ( he's been doing a lot of "research". He moved into a new building and he thought he would have a wireless voip system instead of cabling the building and moving the fully functioning MICS). Short story long, my boss pulled out a CTA 100 (from the box/warehouse of years of replaced hardware) and I wanted to test drive it on our MICS 7.0. I downloaded the PPS software as per SupportDude, and everything installed, CTE, Norstar TAPI, etc. except the personal call manager, which I believe is the GUI for the whole deal, but I got a message about a Jet file in use and it didn't install. I can make calls, answer and hold through the Windows dialer, but that's it. I think the personal call manager has more functions like transfer, address book, call log?. That's it.
