CSS Dropdown menu

I need some help setting up a dropdown menu with css. Here is a link to the Menu I want to use it on. I want the menu to drop when you hover over Site Roster on the menu.

Thanks, but I have already seen some like this. The problem is I don't have my menu items in a list. Is there a way to instead of using li:hover to show the menu, use a:hover and have the menu show?
