css doing weird stuff! help plz

I have created a style sheet which is generally working really well except for one little bug

please take a look at:

Just after the page has finished loading a scroll bar turns up at the bottom of the page and the content - for some strange reason - moves slightly to the right and doesnt all fit neatly into the browser.

However, if you resize the browser it comes right.

Also it only happens in IE.

Any ideas ??

add overflow: auto; to your .content class in the "zerowaste1.css" file.
