I'm used to connect my notebook from different client sites to our company meta frame server which is equipped with a CSG 2.0/SSL (Citrix Secure Gateway).
At a few sites I'm not able to launch applications.
The following error message is being displayed: Cannot connect to the Citrix Meta Frame server. The Citrix SSL server you have selected is not accepting connections.

Anyone an idea, what conditions on a client site can prevent an application to launch ?

Check the remote firewalls. They are probably blocking the ports needed. ICA is 1494, I don't use the new CSG yet, but nfuse has a port you can change to what you want. Some use 8081.
