CS3 Relink Problem

I'm running InDesign CS3 and when I open up a CS1 file and update the links, some of them shift within their bounding box. Now, when I open up the same file on one of my other computers running CS2, the files relink just fine. Does anyone have any feedback about this one?

Could be just simply a through back with the different versions.

You can't expect it to be spot between since CS1 and CS2 converting to CS3.
You have to allow for little shifts. Like your image problem., especially since there has been some major operating changes with the Mac OS (guessing that's what you working on)
