Hi,
How do you delete the credentials for a system administrator since the only command you can use with this gate opener is "CHG"?
I'd rather delete old creds and create new ones.

enter till
ACCOUNT_REQ out
USER_NAME xxxxx

I don't get the ACCOUNT_REQ prompt.
Which release do you get this in? My switches are 4.5 and below.

Maybe if you do a LD22 REQ PRT TYPE PWD - then post from the PBX that you are having trouble with (after changing the text that would reveal your particular passwords)

Rls 3 and below is a world of difference than 4.5 and up

I got it....

At the INIT prompt, type "yes"
then you get
ACCOUNT_REQ
