CS1000E Rls 7

Hi Everybody,

We are Installing one Cs1000E rls 7, but we had not made that the card in the new system start in the chassis, always it are disabled, it doesnot respond to the command to enable it.

The SS is not istall, because our costumer only wants the TDM working right now.

We have installed all the database in the system, but the card does not start, anybody know what we can do?

Hello Ghtrout, the cards are; the extension analog cards, digital extension, trunk analog card.


All Dns, trunks and routes are programed, but these card didnt respond and we dont have comunications.

You don't have something plugged in! Check all of your connections per the installation documentation and verify everything. When you unplug then replug a card, do you get any indication on the screen? Keep lookin'!

These the programming loop, when I program a phone in the loop 4-0-3-0 card is not activated, neither recognizes when I put the bag and back into the slot 4 0 3.
