Hello All,
Did any of you come across the issue that the data in the EM Phone manager doesn't correspond with the data in the Call Server?
We upgraded an existing 4.5 Option 11C system to a CS1000E Rls 7.0. Everything seems to be working fine but now we are unable to manage the DECT sets (non-concentrated).
I have imported the DECT Manager report in EM and run the report. But the report is empty. Then I looked in the EM Phone manager I noticed that the WRLS prompt was set to NO. When I looked in the Call Server the option was set to YES.
I did a new retrieve and the option was still set to NO in the EM Phone manager. So I manually changed the option in EM tried to save and then I got the error that the features EFD and EHT need the DN to work (Duh). Looked in EM no DN's where entered. Looked in the switch and the values where there.
I kinda remember that this was an issue with the 1st versions of TM.
I've checked the patches and the system has the latest patches and deplists.
Did any of you come across this issue? And more important did you find a solution? Change all sets manually doesn't count
Thanks in advance
Marc D.
If Bill Gates had a nickel for every time Windows crashed... Oh wait, he does...
