CS1000E MGC loadware 1

I have a CS1000E, Release 5.0 ( CPPM )that is having some strange disconnect issues between sites ( over T1 Tie lines ). I know the MGC Loadware is an older version ( MGCCAH17 ) and I would like to update this. I have done the Loadware Comparison Report: MGC Only via the ESPL site. It * looks * like the newer version is MGCCAM03. Can anyone confirm this? Nortel lists the MGCCAH17 as OBS but I am not sure what that means. Here is the comparison from the ESPL tool:

CAM03 is the newest loadware. If you have TMDI cards, make sure you have the T1E1AA19.LW file loaded as well.

OBS means that file is obsolete and a newer version has been released.
