CS1000E INSTALL

I have installed software 5.50J on a CS1000E Call Server with default database but when I try to back it up get :

TEMU020 failure opening file /u/db/ntp.db
TEMU111 Error occured backing up internal data base

same response when trying to back up to RMD.

I would try initializing the FMD and re-installing the software.
