CS1000E Cannot get the tty_device baud rate from serial.tmp file

Anybody got any help with this error message.
"Cannot get the tty_device baud rate from serial.tmp file"
Occurs when reloaded the switch or during EDD (CS1000E). Avaya Support web page is useless.
