Hi All,

I need to get support for the community again.

We have a site in the company experiencing some VOip issues, most of the times one way speech or choppy issues, and every two or three weeks the 1000E core get suddenly blocked and the system fail to handle more calls or transactions until itself finnished and INI.

Recently we have discovered that this happens when vtrk zone get 100% consumption of theirs reserverd badwidth (1OOMB) on the 1000E. However this consumption it´s not real and no reasonable, so it´s continuosly increasing, and every night, after closed the center, the are more taken bandwidth that it is not management nothing, only seems not released for the call server for any reason.

I have installed every related patch on the system but problem is not missing.

Any hint or suggest would be greatly appreciated.

are the clan and elans seperated? Are you using vlans?

Yes, it´s.

Clan a Elan are in differents network segments, and works with vlan for voice (ip sets) and other vlan for data o server

How many MGC's, VGWC's, any PRI Gateways? Pay Loads match across all entities??

Systems is a 1000E 4.5 with 3 1000T

12 mcs into 1000E, 4 media gateways.

1000t 6 mc32 for each

g.711 20ms (At mid-afternoon a maximum of 80-100 concurrent calls)

Thanks for you interest

I think I remember problems in 4.5 where the bandwidth calcualtions were not resetting properly. I am pretty sure that patch MPLR26226 worked out this issue, but you can also have the PBX reset the calcualtion every night by adding LD 44 to the MIDN.

This problem was definately corrected in 5.X.

Thank you rstew3,
