In CC6 there was a restriction on recording IP Phones, you could only record two DNs, so if you had a system of ten phones, with 10 keys - so all users could answer each others calls ( Turret systems) . CC7 has a new feature MCRD which apparantly allows recording acorss all keys, anyone tried this?
