CS 1000 E voice pathway

Installing a CS 1000 E, have dial tone and make calls on switch as long as they are on the same expansion MG expansion. On calls from one MG expansion to another MG expansion have no voice pathway. Any hints/clues/ideas greatly appreciated.

are these IP to IP or IP to TDM?

I am still learning this IP stuff so not sure how to answer that. 3904 to a 3904 on different loops and to an analog on different loop

You must have one MC per MG. The DSP ressources are not shared between cabinets

Yes 1 Media Card in each Media Gateway.
Do you have it in each MG?

Yes each MG has at least one MC32 card, I have never used these before so a bit confused

Did you configured 32 VGW ports per MC?
Are these cards defined in the Node configuration?
Are the displays showing F000?

No I haven't that is a new one on me, installing this one on the fly

ports are configured and defined in the node using element manager. Still can't talk from 1 expansion cabinet to the another. Using Zone 1 for all

Found our problem, we are using BayStack 470 and did not have it configured correctly for our purpose. Thanks for the help though.
