CS 1000 Call History

Users used to be able to view their call history on the i2002 phone. It said something like "Call History = 100" and they could scroll thru the list. We lost power to the entire building and since then it has disappeared. Any help would be appreciated as I don't have a clue where to start looking.

is the problem just on i2002 or is it on any other ip phone like the i2004?

The Callers List / Redial List / Personal Directory application for an IP Phone runs on the "Signaling Server" and is not stored locally on the phone. For more information, have a look at the IP Lines Fundamentals NTP.

This is a problem on every phone including the i2004's.

I attempted to access the sig server and am unable to connect. This maybe the reason the directory is down. I will reboot and post the results.

Well I restarted the sig server and now I am access the cs1000 web interface. I don't know what I should look for.

Your phones will need to re-registar to the SigServer and then should be ok

I checked again after the weekend and it didn't seem to re-registar automaticly. Is there a command i need to enter?

I reset the cards and it came back online
