CrystalDecisions.Windows.forms dependencies not found

I gave the EXE file to the user which should display
Crystal Report. It works on my machine but on the user
machine, get an error message ' File or assembly name
CrystalDecisions.Windows.forms, or one of its dependencies,
was not found while trying to open the Crystal report.
How can I fix this error message? Is there
a way to package an app to eliminate this error? Thanks a lot.
