Crystal Reports 8.5
We have a Check Writing intranet app written in Cold Fusion with a SQL 2000 backend.
The checks are printed through a Crystal Report accessed from the browser. The user simply clicks the Lightening Bolt and then clicks Print.
The issue is if the user prints one batch of checks and then goes and makes another one, when she hits the link to bring up the Crystal Report, the first batch of checks is still there until she clicks the Lightening Bolt again. My fear is someone is going to forget to click the Lightening Bolt and reprint the same set of checks again.
The "Save Data With Report" option is NOT checked.
If she closes the browser and reopens it between each batch it works fine, but obviously that's not an optimal solution.
Is there any way around this? A change to a Crystal Setting? A change to a browser setting?
