Maybe I should download the Eval and use my KeyCode on that. It must be running faster than the live download. My problem is with the speed of the BO server. I downloaded an AV update during the BO download and it came down at about 10x the speed of the BO server. The BO server is currently running at 28KB per second on my cable connection.

I was told today that you can only download the full product from the BO web-site if you have a T-1 connection. I was only able to download the EVAL copy, and that took 6 hours. I will be ordering the CD from a web retailer.
