Crystal Reports slow in retrieving data

We have just upgraded our server to Windows 2000 and we 15 XP Pro workstations and 5 Windows 98 workstations. Whenever we run a crystal report from a Windows XP machine, it takes anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes for the report to start spooling and the printer will only print one page at a time. However, on a Windows 98 workstation, it may take 3 to 4 minutes for the report to start spooling and the printer prints the report normally. I have used the ntdiag and dcdiag utility tools for Windows 2000 to make sure that the DNS was set up correctly and everything tested fine. Does anyone have any suggestions that might help me?
