Crystal Reports Printing

I have a problem right accross the company with printing crystal reports, when on the screen they look fine but when a user selects to print them they come out as text mixed together and a load of rubish. The users can get around the problem by exporting them to Acrobat and then printing them but I would appreciate a fix for this one.

Make sure the printer driver support UNICODE or, if you are willing to accept the performance penalty, turn on the printer setup option of downloading fonts as images.
