Crystal reports print dialog-incorrect steps to print

Hi,
just wondering if there is a fix for this, but when the user selects the print icon on an opened crystal report the print options box opens and states,

To Print;
1. In the next dialog that appears, select the "Open this file" option and click the OK button.
2. Click the printer icon on the Acrobat Reder Menu rather than the print button on your intrenet browser.

Anyhow it seems as though step one should not be listed as when you select ok in the print options box it opens in a windows intranet explorer and the printer icon is visible. Selecting this printer icon allows the user to print the document.
