I have a user that uses Simply accounting V.8. Also installed is Crystal Reports V.8. We want to import the company invoice in order to email clients with information on billing. I seem to be having a problem with the email part. All is well with the invoice except when trying to email. We are using Outlook Express 5. The error msg when the client receives the invoice is: unable to open, check the file extention and/or use the open with dialog box. It sends it as an .rtf but won't open. We tried the save as and open it in notepad, winword, word etc....nothing seems to open it. Is there a proper way to import a custom invoice into the CARET program for Simply accounting? Maybe we missed a step or not importing the custonm invoice correctly. [sig][/sig]
