Are there any tools which provides documentation for the crystal reports (including the sub reports in the main report) ?

What is the best way to main documentation of crystal reports in an environment where there will be lot of changes to the reports (version control) ?

Try File > Export and choose [Report Definition]. It isn't very clear but it does accurately record what is there.
