Hi, when creating a cross tab it is possible to create a drill down? so, if you were to click on a piece of data in the cross tab it would display the chosen data related to it.

Crystal Reports - Can you create a drill down in a cross tab

As far as I know this is not possible with the regular cross-tab. You can create a manual cross-tab or use an OLAP grid.
I don't know if this will be a solution for your scenario, but you can also use an Ad-hoc query with a pivot table similar to Excel pivot table. It supports details natively. If this might work here is a video, which shows the same report developed using Crystal crosstab and Ad-hoc pivot: video
