Crystal reports and PeopleSoft 8

Hiya,
It depends. To create or change a Crystal Report (unless things have changed) they will need the client software on their system. If they can, and they have the correct privilages on the report files (i.e. read, write, update etc.) then they can do, otherwise, they will not be able to.
The best place to look would be the Seagate web site, Crystal is their product.
