Hello,
I dont know what the heck crystal reports even is, but I understand how the viewer works. There is a commercial website that one of my users needs to go to and view some crystal reports. Normally an activex component is downloaded, and the report is viewed. Everyone else can do it, but she just gets a red x. She can download active x components through IE, but she still has that red x.
I have seen users talking about unregistering DLL files and downloading new ones, but no links or anything are ever specified.
We have nothing to do with the remote site, they just publish it to their webpage. She is on Windows XP pro and ie6 sp1. She just gets a red x. She can view the HTML portition of it fine, but its all misformatted and stuff. She needs the active X.
Can someone please help me.
