Crystal Reports 10 Upgrade Data Access issue

I have several users who were just upgraded to Version 10. They can create a report with one DB2 table but when they add more than one table to the report Crystal shuts down. Basically they can't get to the link tables window. Can anyone help me with a solution.

We did try reinstalling the application and that didn't fix the problem.

My next step is to contact Crystal directly.

do a complete uninstall, then re install package, if it was a upgrade contact crystal
