Good Morning - I can't use the export button from crystal report viewer to export. I'm not getting prompted for a destination. I think I have all the dll's to make it work. Thanks.

Sorry, I want be able to help you then, I was using 4.6 up until 2 weeks ago. Now I'm not using CR, I'm using my own.

Try in the Crystal Reports 4 other topics forum, they may help some. Sorry I couldn't.

Good Morning - I have all this files deployed with my package and still the I can't export from the CRViewer. I even copied this files from my PC and put in the System32 folder of all the users. Thanks.

So what happens when you click the export button? Are you prompted at all? If not, check the ExportButtonClicked event of the CRViewer, and try commenting out any code that might be there.

If you are being prompted, is the Destination dropdown empty, or just not there?

When I click the export button. The export dialog box comes up and I select Acrobat Format from the format list and Disk file from the destination list. I click OK and the Export Options dialog box comes up....I click OK becuase I want all the pages and after this I expect the show save dialog box to appear, so I can save the file to a destination. Thanks.
