Hi!

I need help on my web application using Crystal Report 8.1 and SQL Server 2K. The problem is when i start the application it works fine. But everytime I running another report the server performance drops until the server response timeout.

Any ideas ??? I really need help badly... :((

Don't know what's causing it from your discription, but try this... Right-click on your TaskBar and select Task Manager, click the Performance Tab. Normally CPU usage should be low. Now start kicking off Reports, while watching the CPU usage. If it starts to climb, then some process is causing it. If so, then click the Process Tab; scroll through the list and see who has the highest value under the CPU column (other than the System Idle Process - that should normally be 99% or so.) Report back, maybe someone can help you. (Note: if your SQL Server, Web Server, Report Application Server, and Client are on different machines, you may have to do this on each machine to find the offender.)

Good Luck![thumbsup2]
