Crystal problem

is there something special required to use the crystal *.rpt in the CFM apps ??
I keep on getting the 692 error , tried 9 and 8.5 version. Is there something else required to generate these reports ?? (I've read something about "crystal services running" in this forum) Anybody ??

Have you folks tried a straight URL call to the .rpt file?

Do you have Crystal Enterprise installed on the Web Server?

I don't use CFREPORT, so please don't ask me about that turkey.
