Crystal Enterprise folder structure

Hi,

I am in the process of start working in Crystal Enterprise Ver 10.0 at a new organisation.

Can any one tell me a good document to read before I build a directory structure for publishing reports on the intranet using Crystal Enterprise.

I would like to read information about the security provided by Crystal Enterprise software.
