Crystal Data Source

I have numerous Crystal Reports files and want to compile a list of the data sources for each file so if the data source changes I know which reports are affected. I know I can do this manually by opening each report and noting the source and then typing it into a spreadsheet. I also have been able to open the .rpt file with MS Word and the data source is in plain text along with the sources for subreports and the fields being used.

Does anyone know of an automated method for retrieving the information from a Crystal Report file?
