Crystal closes after trying to export to .txt

We are using version 8.5. Early last week I was able to export a report to text. On friday I was not able to export it - it shuts crystal down. Today I did a reinstall and it works fine on my computer, however, we also have it installed on a citrix server Windows 2003 Server and it is also closing the program after it starts to export.
Is anyone else having the same problem? Thinking a Windows update may have caused it.
