Morning,

My company currently has a Premium version of BOXI R2 installed. If i purchase a single license of Crystal XI am I able to publish scheduled Crystal Reports throughout the company without any extra cost?

Cheers

You can export a Crystal report as Excel, PDF, Word etc, and then send that out to anyone. Does that help?

I have just been informed by BO that a single Named User licence of Crystal XI Professional is enough to develop, schedule and deliver reports throughout a Premium verson of BOXI R2.

Thanks Madawc, but i need to schedule the reports as we have over 100 million records within our DB.

Regards.

Hi,
Correct..The BOE XI system is licensed to allow multiple CR developer/designers to publish reports for everyone ( or a limited group based on login authentication) to run, from a web interface usually..

Ther are various licensing methods for BOE but each developer that wants to publish reports needs an individual license for Crystal Reports XI ( either the Professional or Developer versions).
