Crystal 9 corrupts my user profile 1

I have crystal reports 8.5 and 9 installed on my W2k machine. I connect to an Oracle 9i database using native drivers.
I am finding however that nearly every other week my windows user profile gets corrupted and Crystal 9 stops working totally (8.5 keeps working). The only way around this is to re-build the profile which is a pain. I only had this problem once with crystal 8.5.

Has anyone come across this or is it just me?!!?

Hi,
One thought..Check the properties of the shortcut that runs your CR9..Be sure it is not 'pointing' to some entry in your profile, and if it is, replace it with one that points to the actual location of the CRW32 executible..
