We have a VB app using Crystal 9 RDC to execute reports. When we print multiple copies with the collate option True in the PrintOut method, our reports do not print collated. This method worked in Crystal 8.5. (Ex: 2 copies of a 2 page report prints page1-page1-page2-page2 instead of page1-page2-page1-page2.)
I have also noticed that when I open a report in my Crystal 9 development copy, preview the report, and then select to print from preview multiple copies with the collate box checked, the report does not print collated. So that removes my VB app as being the issue.
Any hints? Is there some report setting I have to look at?
As I said, this all worked in Crystal Reports 8.5, including collate from developer preview.
