I am trying to use a SQL stored procedure as a data source for Crystal 8.5. After I mark Stored Procedures in the Options screen, then try to select the database through the ODBC, Crystal crashes. What am I doing wrong?

Hard to say.
I geather from SQL Stored Procedure you mean SQL Server? SQL is a language common to many databasess, not a type of server.
Check the driver being usede, and there is a Native driver for SQL Server on CR 8.5
Also apply the service pack:
-k
