Running a Delphi application connecting to SQL database in a Citrix enviroment. The software vendor uses Crystal to do their reporting. I have 1 mapped, shared folder that has all application reports. The problem is when 1 user runs and is viewing the report on the screen and a second user tries to run the same report the second user gets a 544 error - that the file is unavailable because it is being used by a program or other user. Vendor suggested make a reports folder for each user.. This is way to much management with approx 200 reports and 50+ users to keep all current. Any suggestions to allow multiple users to the same report file? Thanks, Paul.
