cryptic characters when printing a report

Hi,

Win2000 and Crystal 9.

A team has just moved offices, and with them went their printer (an HP LJ 8000). When this printer was moved a new printer share was created. Everything else remained the same.

However when attempting to print a report from Crystal 9 onto the printer you just get a load of cryptic symbols. I know Crystal 9 uses unicode now but does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this problem?

My assumption would be that the wrong printer driver is installed.
