CRXI - Crystal Reports Viewing?

Hi,
I have built a report that requests 2 parameters from the user. (start and end dates).
Now I want to have end users open the report and enter the 2 parameters thus returning fresh data, but without opening the full version of Crystal and doing a preview.

can I do this?
do I need a viewer?
Using CRXI developer edition
