I have a client who says periodically when she is put on hold by a client she will hear the music on hold from the far end, but every now and then it will cut off and she will hear her office receptionist (not the far end) on a call - like she is eavsdropping. I can't think of anything that would create that situation, but she described it very specifically and said it has happened more than once. Anyone else ever hear of this?

Crosstalk with MOH while calls on hold?

I will take the liberty of assuming a few things here.
Perhaps the person hearing this has their Voice Announce Receive set to ON.
I would try setting it to "IDLE ONLY", and see if that makes a difference.
