CrossTab To Chart Data Problem

Data looks like this: OCT NOV DEC
A1 95 75 88
A2 93 87 92
A3 89 77 98

Convert to Chart: OCT NOV DEC
A1 95 56 88
A2 93 66 92
A3 89 56 98

It randomly distorts the data for one or two coulmns
The distorted column (line on chart) is always Lower than the correct data

What version? Are they multiple data providers?

Are these calculated columns? Or are these directly from the database. Any aggregation going on?
