HI i have a cross tab query, in which i have date as a row heading, inspector as a column heading and efficiency as a value. this is worrking fine. date format is by each day. thats what i want. but back in my update table if i have data for a month then in the cross tab query it should give me effiency by weeks. is it possbile o do it like that.
thanks in advance

You can change your Row Heading from the DateField to:
yyyyww: Year(DateField) & Format(Format([DateField],"ww"),"00")
