A crosstab is a wonderful object for analyzing a big chunck of data. But the one rule that applies to each Crosstab is that every record is analyzed into ONE ROW/COLUMN location on the report. You are wanting a record to appear in several columns.

In fact your report is a column/row summary report where each column is a different formula. If you have a mathematic way to calc your columns, use summaries and formulas.

A crosstab will not solve your requirements, but another technique will. Editor and Publisher of Crystal Clear

what is the technique Can you give an example

Thanking you

I get all the values directly from a table in the database. They are calculated and stored in it. I am using Crystal Reports Version 7.0

Thanks
