Hi,
Could somone please help me sort totals on leftmost column from Highest to lowest. THe default sort is Alpha for the data on the right Column.

Thanks

Please show some sample data. Using topN on crosstabs only sorts the total column, so if you're trying to sort on an inner column, it won't work.

Hi LB
Thanks for your response. In my previous request I had my left and right colums reversed. I would like to see it sorted by total not by name column on left which it defaults to. Below is a sample.

jan feb Mar Apr May Total
Name 1 3 2 5 7 4 21
Name 2 5 1 5 3 3 17
Name 3 2 8 10 12 1 33
Name 4 17 1 1 5 3 27

You need to select the crosstab by clicking in the empty upper left hand corner. While the crosstab is selected, go to report->group sort (or topN/group sort) and choose all->ascending or descending.
