Cross tab percent total

Hello all I am running Crystal 9 and trying to perform a cross tab that will give me the actual % total for a cross tab.

ontime 5,311 5,458 6,358 5,577
total rec 5,643 5,937 6,815 6,188
2-7 DAY LEAD TIME 87.01 89.79 85.85 78.89
ontime 1,527 1,758 1,760 1,573
total rec 1,755 1,958 2,050 1,994

For example my 200401 total should be 92.43% however what it is doing is taking 94.12 + 87.01 and dividing by 2 to give me 90.56

Is there a way in the total to get to add all of the ontime and add the total rec then divide to give me the true %.
