I have a cross tab report and I want to add a formula to the numeric fields to surpress or change the font colour to white so that zero's are hidden.

I've tried both trying to change the colour to white when the field is <1 and also surpressing the field. Either way has no affect.

Any ideas?

Just right click on cell number - Format.

Select Customise and then check the suppress if zero box.
